Refund Policy - the basics
All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges after payment, so please review your order carefully before completing purchase. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we will assess the claim for a possible replacement or store credit; approved claims will have return shipping covered.
